Hostal dí Uxelles
Romantic and beautiful, but hey, it's a nice place to stay. The 14 rooms are
all small, but they are all different, painted with soft pastel colours rustic
tiles and antiques. Cream cotton awnings loom over the beds and rooms are
decorated with tiles Andalusian. Five rooms have a balcony with plants and
chairs and tables made of wrought iron. It is a mile away tourist areas, but
always in the middle, so the noise of the streets ahead.

Pensió 2000
You must reserve in advance for you here, because there are only seven rooms.
The reception area is quite a large living room with sofas and a large number
of soft books and magazines. Five minutes' walk from the cathedral, it is
located on the first floor (no elevator) with respect to the youth
extraordinary style Palau de la Musica Catalana, the three rooms in the Barcelona city.
The disadvantage is that these rooms share a bathroom, but the rest, and then
all are spacious and there are plenty of choices for breakfast, in the backyard
or in the rooms.

Shopping
Not all the souvenir shops are corny. Look in the shops and museums of Gaudi
buildings, even if you are not familiar with the visit of the meeting. The
textile museum, the MACBA, Joan Miró and FC Barcelona are particularly well.
The Raval and Born are good reasons for hunting schrulliger clothing, accessories
and gifts. Avinyó street is lined with shops. If you are short of time, L'llla
Centre (Diagonal 557), Zara, Mango, Camper, and a good selection of clothing,
footwear and food stores. For designer shops, trawl Passeig de Gràcia, Rambla
Catalunya and cross roads, but do not miss the entrance to the discretion
Bulevard Rosa Mall (Passeig de Gràcia, 55).

• It is a huge problem with pickpockets and muggers in Hotels in Barcelona, day andnight. Most of crisis, the famous Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter and the Raval,
but be aware, wherever you are. Keep money and valuables on your person and not
just gasoline in a pocket.
